August 2009 Concert in the Park

We had a great time giving out free hot-dogs and chips to all the people who stopped by to see the concert we offered the community.  Local Christian musicians Adam Freeman, Christine Haas, and Randy Savage were gracious enough to come and help us reach out to the community and Brandon Bee who is a Christian recording artist and worship leader from Washington also came to join us in the end of summer celebration.  We had a rocket making booth which proved to be the star attraction and many kids and adults built rockets which proved to have successful launches.  Pastor Mark shared the message of hope and salvation.  It was a great evening and we look forward to making this and annual event.
